Stirring the Honey Pot

A Sacred Yoni Steam Circle Ritual

Held in circle, with other women, with one cauldron at the center — one that carries what
you release and returns it, alchemized, as blessing. You don’t need to know exactly what
you are releasing before you arrive. You only need to be willing to find out.

The Journey Crossing the Threshold

You write what you’re ready to release into the honey bowl waiting at the door.

Casting the Circle

You speak your name and complete “I cast the circle in ___,” sealing sacred space together.

The Cauldron

You come forward, stir the herbs, and speak your intention aloud or in your heart.

The Sacred Steam

Seated over your own vessel, paired with a sister, you’re witnessed as you share what your body is holding.

Closing the Circle

Tea, sharing, a final chant, and your own quiet return of what steamed through you to the earth.

Who This Is For

Women feeling disconnected from their body, voice, or sensuality. Women moving through a life transition. Women seeking sisterhood and to be truly witnessed.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re releasing before you arrive. You only need to be willing to find out.

What to Expect

Roughly 90 minutes to two hours, held in circle with other women. Just your presence, a small offering for the altar, and a willingness to be witnessed — sitting in silence is a complete answer too.

The circle is what you bring to it.

The Transmission

You are not here to perform healing. You are here to be met — witnessed by women who did the same.

This circle is intimate by design.

What’s asked of you. Just your presence, a small offering for the altar, and a willingness to be witnessed. You’re never required to share more than feels right — sitting in silence is a complete answer too.

Before you steam. A few things are worth knowing in advance: steaming isn’t recommended during your period, with spotting, during pregnancy, or after certain procedures. These will be gently confirmed with you before the circle begins.

What you’ll leave with. Not a performance of healing — a body that has actually been met and witnessed, in the company of women who did the same.
