The Luna Moth RitualA Threshold for Women Ready to Emerge

There is a moth that lives for only a single week in her final form. She spends most of her life unseen — spinning silk in darkness, dissolving everything she was to become something she cannot yet imagine. And when she finally emerges, she does not apologize for her wings. She does not shrink them to fit through a smaller door. She simply flies, luminous, toward the moon.

What This Is

Named for her

The Luna Moth Ritual is a threshold ceremony for women standing at the edge of their own becoming — leaving a marriage, a career, a version of themselves that no longer fits. Women in the quiet, disorienting middle of transformation, who need a container sacred enough to hold what is dissolving and strong enough to help something new take shape.

This is not a workshop. It is a rite of passage.

The Journey

METAMORPHOSIS

Dissolving

We begin in stillness and darkness — the part of metamorphosis no one applauds. Guided reflection and ritual work to name what must be released: the roles, the shoulds, the smallness that was never truly yours.

Spinning

Each woman crafts her own unique winged cloak by hand — a garment made, not bought, as a physical act of building the self she is becoming, thread by thread.

Cocooning

Suspended in aerial hammocks, wrapped and held above the ground, each woman rests inside her own Becoming. This is surrender made physical — the felt experience of being held while everything shifts.

Emerging

We emerge beneath moonlight, spreading our wings , taking flight in an ecstatic dance together.

The Transmission
Nothing was added. Nothing was taken away. You are enough.

You are not here to become someone else. You are here to remember who was underneath the cocoon all along.

Who This Is For

You don't need the words yet

Women in midlife transition. Women at a relationship crossroads. Women who feel the old skin splitting and don't yet have a name for what's next.

You don't need to have your wings figured out — you only need to be willing to stop hiding them.

Space is limited — this ritual is held in small circle, by intention.

Reserve Your Place

This  ritual is most transformative when shared in small group of 6 to 8 women, over  6 hours of afternoon into evening, or even as a sleepover with close friends. This pacing allows for deep sharing, witnessing, as well as a careful crafting of your personal talisman , your unique moth wing cloak.
